I bloody love Andy Hull, most famed as lead singer of Manchester Orchestra. This is the opening track from his solo project Right Away, Great Captain! A perfect album to have on as the weather takes a more autumnal vibe.

A friend recently introduced me to Brazilian singer Vanessa Da Mata, and I can’t stop playing ‘Boa Sorte (Good Luck)’, a track from her album Sim and it features Ben Harper.

The Portland-based experimental rock band Menomena‘s new album Moms was just released last week. I’ve been particularly enjoying the track ‘Heavy Is as Heavy Does’.
